Perfect-Fit Kits are engineered solutions that meet the exact requirements of a specific fixture. They are designed to install in the field with the strength and performance of a new OEM fixture.

Perfect-Fit Kits aren't a catalog item. They're a process: we engineer the kit around the fixture you already own, so it installs in the field with the strength and performance of a new OEM fixture.

Send us the fixture
Ship us a fixture, or just the insert. Photos of the fixture, nameplate and inside of the housing get us started.

We design the kit in CAD
Our engineers model the existing fixture and design the kit around it: mounting to the existing bolt pattern, quick-connects to the existing plugs, LEDs placed where the original lamp was.

Prototype to match the light
We build a prototype in our Georgia shop and tune it to match the original light distribution.

Trial install and approval
We send the prototype back for a trial install, often with an install video made for your fixture. You approve it.

Production
We build the production run in Alpharetta, GA. Most lead times are about two weeks, with no minimum order.

Already LED? We also build replacement systems for LED fixtures. When an LED fixture's light engine or driver fails, replace the light system, not the fixture.
